EU law is a  complex and dynamic field of law. The course will have the following content:  European law creation (Union institutions, Union legislation, Union competencies, Fundamental rights). European law enforcement (Direct effect; (Legal) supremacy; National actions; European actions). European law substance (Internal market: persons and goods; Internal market: services and capital). The Stabilisation and Association Agreement between Albania and EU). The course aims to offer the students an introduction to European Law. The course framework guides students through the core elements of European law, starting with the foundation of European law and continuing with its enforcement. This is fully supported by engaging case studies throughout the course, which places the law in the context, helping students to understand the difficulties of the subject and explore the practical implications of EU law.
