Since December 2012 he is a lecturer in the Department of Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Elbasan, covering the subjects of Commercial Law, International Commercial Law and Public Transport Law. From the academic year 2015-16 he serves with the position of Professor, after obtaining the title of Assoc. Prof. in April 2015. Accredited as an external researcher in the Department of Legal Sciences “A. Cicu”, University of Bologna (scientific collaboration with Prof. Stefano Zunarelli). The main field of study is focused on business law, studies of EU legislation, competition and law of obligations.
Graduated from the University of Bologna in 2009, with the result 110/110 magna cum laude, he defended the thesis “Le Autorità creditizie nel sistema finanziario albanese” (Business Law). He continued his academic career with doctoral studies in European Transport Law at the University of Bologna where he defended the the thesis on “Le gestioni aeroportuali e dei servizi aeroportuali nel diritto europeo e nazionale”. During this period he participated in several research projects. He also spent a 6-month research period at the Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University, where he conducted research on cooperation and agreements between airline and airport operators and competition issues. Good knowledge of Italian legislation. His doctoral studies were funded by the Albanian government program of Excellence Fund.
He is active with publications in academic and professional journals, as well as part of research groups. Part of editorial boards, scientific committees or reviewer for several scientific journals, in Albania and abroad.
Lawyer since 2013 and currently exercises professional activity as a lawyer and consultant, due to the field of expertise in Business Law, mainly deals with negotiation, sale and purchase of shares, restructuring procedures, bankruptcy proceedings, consulting, drafting contracts, statutes, etc., as well as litigation.

Dr. Anduena Gjevori is a lecturer of law at the “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University of Elbasan. Her research focuses on European Union law with a particular focus on competition and state aid law and state aid law enforcement in candidate and EU Members States. Dr. Gjevori has authored several publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and presented them in international conferences throughout Europe. During the academic year 2018-2019, she was a visiting researcher/lecturer at the University of Bari, Italy. Parallel to her academic activity, Dr. Gjevori has been engaged as a consultant for different international organisations. Prior to joining academia, she practiced law on behalf of different public institutions and private entities.
Dr. Gjevori was awarded her Doctoral Degree in law by the European University of Tirana. Prior to that she received her LL.M. in International and European Law from the University of Amsterdam, Holland and her LL.B. degree at the University of Tirana.
He was born on March 2, 1977, in Vlora, Albania. He completed university studies in law with excellent results at the University of Elbasan “A.Xhuvani”, in 1999 and the postgraduate studies in Legal Sciences, “Business Law” profile, with the same results in 2011. He attained the “Doctor of Science” degree in Arbitration Law, on April 2015. During the period August 1999 – November 2010, he worked in the Legal and Audit Sector of the Prefect of Elbasan Region and as Chief of the Legal Department in the Elbasan Regional Council. Since November 2010 he is a full-time lecturer in the Department of Law, Faculty of Economics, University of Elbasan “A. Xhuvani”, where he teaches law subjects such as “Arbitration Law”, “Obligation Law” and “Private Law”.
He is the author of the monograph entitled “Legal instruments on enforcement of international arbitral awards in Albania” (with introduction by Prof.Angelo Danilo De Santis and Prof.Dr.Kestrin Katro), of three books entitled “Institutions of private law”,“ Law of Obligations – General Part”, “Law of Arbitration and Mediation”, as well as of many articles in the field of arbitration and contract law: “The New York convention versus Albanian legal framework on the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards”; “Arbitration proceedings under international regime – an overview on the Albanian legislation”; “The sui generis mechanism of dispute settlement in the World Trade Organization”; “Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Albanian legal reality”; “Types of international arbitral awards and their effects, focusing on two case studies: arbitral award on case “La Petrolifera Italo-Rumena” vs Republic of Albania (2007) and arbitral award on case “DIA Ltd. vs OSHEE sh.a” (2015)”; “Leasing contracts and the legal-economic characteristics of this efficient financial instrument in the Albanian reality”; “Coexistence of the legal features of public and private law in the administrative contracts of the public procurement in Albania”; “Public-Private Partnership: An Analysis of the Legal Features of PPP Instrument in the Albanian Reality”.
